Golden Apple Games is a two person development team based in a Seattle apartment, created by the minds of Jamie and Zack. It is our goal to tell compelling and emotionally impactful narratives through games, in the same way that our lives have been greatly impacted by the games we have played. Our big dream is to be able to create something that can help people deal with or provide an escape from whatever hardships life throws at them.
Jamie is the lead designer, programmer, and a co-writer. They love RPGs, cats, and sparkly dice, and have been making games for almost two years now - writing many years longer than that. Their favorite game is Mass Effect, and their favorite book is The Name of The Wind by Patrick Rothfuss. Jamie's biggest goal is to create meaningful stories that touch the hearts of people the same way that their favorite stories have done for them.
Zack is the artist and co-writer. He loves over-the-top action, highly saturated colors, and drinking too much coffee. He's been building his portfolio as a freelance artist for about two years, mostly drawing Dungeons & Dragons and Pathfinder characters. His favorite games are Bloodborne, Nier: Automata, and Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance, and his favorite anime is Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Zack's been playing visual novels for over a decade and has always wanted to create a cast characters that people can relate to and feel at home with.
Luna is lead morale booster and chief officer of cute. She enjoys taking naps in sunshine, climbing to very tall places, and snuggling. She has held her position of Fluffiest Cat in Jamie and Zack's Apartment for almost one year.
